Stylish Home Dog Friendly Close to Beach

Walking distance to beach; 5 minutes or less to restaurants; 30 minutes to Sandy beaches. Beds were comfortable.

The Walk-to-beach was course/rocky There were only 4 kitchen chairs for a house that sleeps 6 and we were 6; seating in tv room was also very limited “master bath” it’s a misnomer as the bathroom is on the upper floor with all 3 bedrooms; second bath is in the lowest floor ( below kitchen/living room) with family room.

Cute home well outfitted with kitchen well supplied. Bathrooms well stocked and ample linens and supplies, along with bedding and blankets/pillows. Spacious with three bedrooms and a finished basement with sofa. Washer/dryer, outdoor grill and table added to the convenience and comfort. The area had many restaurants and we were central to the Cape, with easy drives to anywhere. We enjoyed the quiet street surrounded by trees and greenery, and especially the bunnies who ran around the cute yard! The home was well stocked and updated, kept clean and well maintained. Property management was very responsive and pleasant to work with on any concerns.

While the furnishings were aesthetically pleasing and well coordinated, we found a lack of comfort in the seating/sleeping furnishings. There were 3 decorative low backed chairs in the living room not suited for reading or watching TV. We were 3 adults squeezing onto the two cushion couch with attached chaise, and the 2 cushions needed restuffing, arms were wood covered with fabric. Mattresses were hard and the twin beds in one room were more like metal cots. Comfort is important to us when we unwind with family.

Great stay in a lovely, comfortable and peaceful home

The location was convenient to local stores and restaurants so we could stock up on provisions or go out to eat. The home was roomy, comfortable, well appointed, clean, super comfortable beds and plenty of extra blankets. The Del Mar management team was very helpful before, during and after our stay by texting needed info and letting us know how to reach them. We only had to reach out to them once and they replied immediately .... on a Friday evening! We would definitely stay here again.
