A cozy, comfortable cottage with sizable bedrooms, kitchen with everything needed, nice deck (though a little small), and available yard (good for lawn games). Amenities such as beach chairs, hammock, etc.. were very welcome. Location at the end of the dead street was quiet and safe for kids. The beach was a little more than a 5 minute walk with parking if needed.
A fire pit in the back yard would have been nice for the cool evenings. The fire/smoke alarm had a low battery and was periodically beeping (contact was informed and was working it).
