It's a hidden gem place Near by Colombo silent and peaceful environment good for family gathering, everything is just 10min walk multiple supermarket banks fashion, especially my son enjoy the place mostly running around around I was happy watching him and of course the pool it is clean and tidy every 2days cleaned by Jay even though some days are raining he will wait for the climate to change and next 30min his there to fix the pool and give us so we will enjoy without wasting our time Jay's assistance is wonderful very responsive and supportive information's.

How ever only one concerned everywhere ant's can't keep a food safely 10min it's with ants even in beds much appreciated if they do the pest control

The host and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. Any questions I had before and during my stay were answered promptly. Jay and his family were lovely—always polite, helpful, and kind. We even got locked out once, and Jay came as quickly as he could with the spare key. The house itself is stunning and beautifully kept. I also loved the location—close to a main road with plenty of food places, shops, and conveniences nearby.

We were told upon arrival that electricity charges needed to be paid separately, which I wish had been mentioned clearly at the time of booking to avoid the surprise. The air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t very effective—the room still felt warm even with both the AC and fan running. As the property is surrounded by greenery, there were insects and mosquitoes around; unfortunately, I did get a few bites and some allergic reactions.
