The location was great for commuting to our exhibition at Hillhead and the house size was perfect for the 3 of us. Plenty of room and having 2 bathrooms helped. The garden was nice for a brew in the sun on a morning, didn't use the games room but a nice addition if with the family.
The top bedroom was ridiculously hot but we are in a heatwave (summer), the rest of the house remained fairly cool though. Perhaps put a fan in there at least.
