L’espace exterieur, le nombre de salle de bain, le grand salon et la literie. La proximité avec la mer et la centralité du lieu sur l’île.

Le manque d’ustensile dans la cuisine et de bol. Les chiens des voisins bruyants

La casa és molt completa i espaiosa, té jardí i respon a les fotografies que apareixen a la reserva. Està ubicada a una zona "semi residencial" de Ribeira Grande i et permet desplaçar-te per l'illa amb molta comoditat.

La neteja no fou prou exhaustiva i certes parts de la casa necessiten un millor manteniment, i més estris de cuina. Se suposa que té parking privat però la porta està rompuda i no el vam poder utilitzar (encara que es pot aparcar davant la casa sense problema).

Sala e cozinha espaçosas, o número de quartos de banho (2 completos e 1 sem banho), a limpeza.

Our arrival day and getting into house early was a bonus after the long flight. Christiana the host greeted us at our car and walked us in to the house . made us feel welcome . The location was excellent. It was close to the matriz beach, stores, groceries, the medieval fair and restaurants. The kitchen was bright & had the right amount of amenities such as utensils, kitchenware, fridge and stove. The dining room was a nice area with large table and right amount of chairs. The backyard was quite large with a nice bbq pit & sink with another good table and 6 chairs for all. The tv was decent size and we were able to stream when needed. Our own parking single spot in front of garage was very handy. The air-conditioning on main floor. the size of the bedrooms and beds needed for our group. Overall a nice house with basic amenities. good space for a family of 6. convenient for majority of our needs. More attention to detail would be a better rating & An A ++ stay as we did like the house and its conveniences.

We have a few minor complaints and suggestions. The air conditioning was only on first floor so made sleeping incredibly humid at night. it made upstairs smell off putting. Lack of towels per person for 11 days. one each wow! Laundering after second day shouldn't be needed but the bedding smelled bad in master bedroom and towels seemed soiled our first night there. More toilet paper would have been helpful. The toilet seats need to be fixed they are very insecure in each bathroom. shower curtains have black mold on bottoms. ick. RUSHED TO LEAVE At end of our stay on the morning we were finishing up & getting organized the host came at 10 told us we should have gotten an email about leaving by 10 to allow cleaners in as they had other guests at 4pm. we told her we needed a few more minutes to load our car and dble check the house for anything out of place, make sure we got everything for return to Canada. Christiana Lopes was NOT happy and proceeded to remind us to check our emails. On the last day of vacation after 11 days the last thing on our mind is to get out our electronics. we thought check out was 11am so we aimed for 1030am. Her lack of care for our comforts at the end is leading us to make more improvement suggestions . bad taste in mouths for a return.
