Boa localização. Espaço agradável. Muito central.
Falta bloqueio de luz nos quartos. Janelas antigas que deixam ouvir muito barulho da rua. Falta de resguardos nas camas antes do lençol. Falta uma chaleira para aquecer água. Almofadas pouco cómodas.
