I arrived and used the code I was emailed and it wasn't the right code. There was a keypad on the door lock. I was late for a wedding bc I wasn't able to get into the door. I finally called the 1800vacay. After a lengthy walk around the property looking for a lock box, they sent me a different (a 4 digit code when they had emailed a 6 digit code). I finally got in and was able to lock it to leave the first day. The second day I tried to leave, the code wouldn't work and I had to leave my belongings unprotected in an unlocked house. When departing, I had to leave the house unlockedbc no one on the phone could help me and no local people ever responded to vacasa's request for help.

I love how close it was to beach access without being on the main road. The cottage itself was beautiful and a perfect size for our family of 3. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay.
Nothing. We thought the location, size, amenities and decor to be perfect. No complaints.
