The room was modern and comfortable. Polite and helpful staff.

The jacuzzi and sauna cost extra. All the information says the restaurant closes at 9pm but when we called at 20:10 to order food, they said they can only make French fries and nuggets. The location is not optimal.

Most of the staff were almost always friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. There's a children's play area with various board games, chess, cards, Uno, etc.

Unfortunately, the vegetables and cold cuts at breakfast were not fresh almost every day. The carrots hadn't been replaced for several days; they already looked very dried out before our arrival. Various types of sausage sat untouched on the tray for several days. The signs for the different types of sausage were arranged haphazardly; one day it was beef sausage, the next day there was a sign for "mixed sausage," and then suddenly, where "mixed sausage" had been, it was beef sausage. The bread and various muffins were quite stale and very dry. Certain cheeses, which weren't frequently used, were put out again and again every day. The pool table was and still is listed in the description, but it's broken because it was simply left out on the roof terrace in the rain. Naturally, the wood and other materials are soaked and have collapsed. Exorbitant prices are charged for the sauna and jacuzzi: €10 per person per day. I've stayed in many hotels in my life, and I've never had to pay extra for a sauna or jacuzzi, especially not at such prices. On the first day of our stay, the pool area was pleasantly warm, both the water and the air. After that, it got colder every day, so it wasn't enjoyable anymore. Because of the many cameras, you constantly feel like you're being watched everywhere, which unfortunately is noticeable in many situations. The room doors are very poor quality; the seals are dented or missing, and the doors are too short, so you can hear every sound behind them. You can't switch off at night and have no privacy because everything can be heard outside as well. The table tennis rackets are very cheap and broken. When ordering food in the restaurant, a 16% service charge is added, which isn't shown on the bill but simply written by hand onto the receipt. I find this quite outrageous; isn't it part of the service?
