Very clean apartment with everything you will need.
There's no air-con in the rooms. We bought a fan to blow some cold air into the room. They could provide fans for the bedrooms or air-con. We had to pay cash. Drawing $7000 cost us $680 in bank charges. The main bedroom mattress is dented in on both sides, its still comfortable, but it killed my back.

We loved the visits from the daschund, exceptional!!!!!
Maybe aircons/cooling in the bedrooms would be a good addition to the property.
