Staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me with transport, a flower vase and also finding local food!

I loved the location. Two grocery stores were located very close to the hotel. Beautiful Jacaranda Park, "Aseer" shopping area and Art Street were located within a reasonable walking distance from the hotel. The refrigerator was full size and kept food cold. The electric tea kettle worked fine. I did not use the stove burner. I liked the gym shoes (indoor slippers) that were provided. I liked that the room had a window I could open and a view of the city. I liked that they gave me two towels and a box of kleenex. I also was happy to have free WIFI. I liked that they had a full length squigee to clean the water off the floor after I took a shower.

The shower hand-held hose was a little odd to use, but I had hot water for my shower and made due. The air conditioning unit was a little confusing but it provided enough cool air even if I wasn't sure how to adjust the temperature and fan.

قريب من معهد الادارة وقريب من المدينه العاليه بالمجمل قريب من كل مكان ترفيهي والمطاعم نظافه الغرفه والرائحه الجيده باب الغرفه فيه قفلين وهذا جيد الغرفه للنوم فقط

صوت المكيف عالي جداً اسمها الارتقاء الفاخرة وتفتقر للضيافه البسيطه الذي يحتاجها المسافر خصوصاً اذا كان لبضع ايام حيث لا يوجد ماء للشرب ولا اظرف شاي وادوات المطبخ غير جيده موظف الاستقبال غير مبشوش
