The whole apartment was clean, very welcoming and comfortable for foreigners like me and my family. I've got to say this hotel definetly exceeded my expectations for this price, and would highly recommend staying here.

Provided necessary bathroom and kitchen essentials except for a bathroom towel (note : we hadn't asked at the reception)

1- We book 2 apartments. We were given stay on top floor no.05 which had got extremely low pressure of water in both apartment 605 and 603. Hot water was not coming at all in washroom basin which caused problem for my family and kids in cold weather. Then next day, we were shifted to 2nd floor. 2-Many Broken Floor Tiles. My old aged mother had near-miss due to being stumbled. but she remained safe 3-Uncomfortable pillows 4- No house cleaning 5- Extremely week WIFI 6-Broken Plumbing 7- Water geyser not working in kitchen for room 301 on 2nd floor(problem in winter for family) 8- Electric sockets are extremely loose. Stop supplying electricity suddenly 9- Bulbs fused above wash basin
