The studio itself is nice, well-equipped, and offers a view of the surrounding shops. Being on a higher floor, it’s also quite peaceful. The community is a big plus, with a swimming pool, paddle courts, children’s activities, and several restaurants and cafés right downstairs.

The apartment is not well-suited for long stays. The provided essentials (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) last for about a week at most, meaning you have to buy larger packs for just a short stay. There are no extra bed sheets included, so you can’t wash them unless you pay an additional fee. There were unpleasant odors in the bathroom. The parking situation is a real issue: the designated spot is five buildings away, and it's often taken by others. In fact, parking outside is more convenient than using the assigned space. The check-in process lacked proper support—no one was there to assist the checkin, response times were slow, and the construction work nearby made it difficult to locate the building by the taxi.
