Graceful Studio at Mesk 1 Midtown Dubai Production City by Deluxe Holiday Homes

I really love the area this property is in. I’ve been here many times before, and I like being a little further out whilst still having everything close by. The outdoor space is amazing, and I’ve loved being able to go for a stroll or a swim. It’s also great having shops and barbers directly beneath the building, so you don’t have to go far for anything.

I wasn’t happy that, as a long-stay guest, I only received one room clean. I then had to pay out of pocket for additional cleaning, which feels like something that should be included once you stay beyond a certain length of time. The shower in the bathroom also didn’t drain properly. On top of that, the seal around the base of the shower was non-existent, which meant water leaked under the glass from all angles and flooded the bathroom floor. I reported this and someone did come out to look at it, but it was never properly resolved. I even had to buy drain unblocker myself to try and sort it. Finally, one of the chairs in the room was broken — the back was not screwed on properly and/or had come loose. To be fair, one chair was fixed, but the second chair was never replaced.
