Location, size, cleanliness. The building looks old but once we go into the house, it is very modern, we almost own the floor so noise is fine. The house got 2 rooms, 1 room is nearly the lift and it is an ensuite. All the other bed rooms are at another room
There are a lot of stairs that you cant avoid (there are lift but need to go 1 level up for the life)
