coffee & tea but no breakfast. minifrig, microwave but no stove for cooking. hosts very responsive. great location near a big park and a nice Italian restaurant called Napoli.
neighbors' dogs barking. 10:00 checkout time is not clear from listing but hosts were flexible. no serious complaints.

La atención de Fernanda fue genial. Nos recibieron con un vino de cortesía. La cama cómoda y el aire acondicionado genial. Tenía secador de pelo, planchita de pelo y plancha para ropa. Muy bien equipado.

Localização.
Quarto muito pequeno, banheiro menor ainda, quando tomamamos banho se não tiver muito cuidado enche de água e não tem tapete adequado no chão para enxugar. O checkin demorou muito, o informado no site é as 15 hs, só pude entrar as 17:30, o que gerou um desgaste e cansaço enorme, afinal chegamos de viajem cansados e tivemos que ficar na rua esperando. As instalações podeiam ter uma limepza melhor.
