El trato con el anfitrión, Federico muy atento, pude adaptar el check in y el check out a mis horarios sin problemas. Tuve un amigo inesperado, su gatito que me hizo compañía algunas horas aprovechando en sol. La ubicación es perfecta ya que esta a 2 cuadras del lugar de trabajo. Seguramente volvere sin dudarlo.

Época de cambio de estación. Representa posibilidad de viento con mayor humedad, hubiese requerido un repaso de limpieza extra para quitar polvillo y telarañas en las sillas del espacio abierto junto a la piscina antes de nuestro ingreso. Esto vale también para el Placard. Temporada de mosquitos (llevar repelente ayudó en ese sentido)

Es una suite de fondo de casa con entrada libre pero tiene intimidad y un alrededor de verde y piscina. El anfitrión siempre atento a las necesidades
Con pequeñas atenciones al mantenimiento podría mejorar su presencia pero no afecta el confort

La atención de Federico y flexibilidad con el medio de pago. Excelente ubicación, cercano al parque San Martín y calle Arístides.
- Ausencia de TV. - Cortinas de baño: tenían muchos hongos sobre todo en la parte de abajo. - Puerta de baño que no se puede cerrar completamente. - Sábanas con mucho olor a humedad. - Llaves de la ducha: al cerrar completamente seguía saliendo agua. - Muy baja presión en agua de la ducha, y no se logra equilibrio de la temperatura de la misma.
