Hotel Mallorca

Great location near Parque General San Martín. Breakfast each day was very good, with coffee, fruit, tostadas and a medialuna - the wonderful, friendly staff even prepared it for us early one day when we had an early bus! There is a library with books (I left a couple of English novels I was done with), and shared space on the terrace - great for a glass of wine. The room was spacious, and housekeeping everyday was total luxury. Stayed a week and didn’t regret it! They stored our luggage before check in and after check out, too. The friendly dogs loved hanging out with us on the terrace.

The wifi could be hit and miss in the room.

The hosts were welcoming and so kind! Very attentive and accommodating. We felt very at home, the room was cozy, very simple and practical!

The hotel itself is intimate, not many frills, but cute. There is a lovely little patio, and the location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and the park. But what really makes the hotel so great is the staff. The staff was wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. We arrived late the first day and tho the shift was over the staff still offered to take us to a local spot for dinner. Similarly our flight was delayed and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby. They ask you about your day and make suggestions on local events. I would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is the beds were slightly uncomfortable and a little stiff but didn’t take away from an overall positive experience.

The location is quite good. Our booking was rejected as we request room free from smell due to allergy.

The comment from hotel management to refuse our booking is not straight forward. They should have just written us that their hotel is full of pets around and not suitable for allergen guests for eg.
