Nel cuore di Bari vecchia, location pulita, comoda e molto curata

Location was great, in the old town close to sights, restaurants & groceries. The old town is beautiful. The property is nicely set up, comfortable bed, great hair dryer, plenty of room to move around, hot water but water pressure is low. Plenty of shower gel & toilet paper provided. Good air conditioner.

Non existent Wi-Fi. Not patchy, Nothing. We thought we could manage easily by going out into the palazzo but this did become very irritating. 2 lovely TVs in the property but one doesn’t work at all & the other only access a few local channels - because no internet. We stayed here for 9 nights so sometimes we like to stay in an watch Netflix. When we arrived the bathroom door had smashed, no privacy in the bathroom. The owner did have it fixed two days before we left. Staff- communication is with a BOT. This was great for directions, how to access etc, but we asked for a blanket & some fresh linen (as we were staying 9 nights) were told “this property does not supply blankets you must use what is provided “. Charming. We met the owner when the door was fixed & he did apologise, saying he isn’t happy with the management. Still no blanket or towels though. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning but the rest was clean.
