Great location next to the Vendicari nature reserve; clean, quiet. Bathroom and kitchen newly installed.
Not a major issue for me, but the path leading to the property, and the driveway into the property is quite dusty (not a hard surface) so it could be muddy in winter with the rain.

sehr freundlich, Lage trotz holpriger Weg in Ordnung, gute Ausgangsposition nach Noto und Natur, einsam und ursprünglich, wie wir es mögen
der Garten und der Zustand dessen brauchen wirklich eine Generalüberholung, da stimmen die Fotos auch leider nicht mehr zu.... auch die Küchenaussstattung mit einem scharfen Messer und einem Wasserkocher würde helfen, da es kein warmes Wasser in der Küche zum Abwaschen gibt. Auch über Baumassnahmen nebenan wäre eine kleine Info schön gewesen. Schade, weil es trotzdem irgendwie seinen Charme hat
