Die Atmosphäre und da Engagement von Erkin und seiner Familie ist außergewöhnlich. So hilfsbereit und engagiert. Es gab immer etwas besonderes zum Frühstück, etwas Selbstgebackenes. Wir kamen von einer langen Fahrrad Tour erschöpft dort an. Die Badezimmer sind super sauber, immer gibt es heißes Wasser. In den Fluren gibt es Wasserspender, auch um den Müll zu reduzieren. Immer gab es frische Wassermelone. Erkin telefonierte für uns, ob die Museen geöffnet hätten, bestellte Taxen und half uns bei den Preisverhandlungen. Er kümmerte sich um alle Gäste und es entstanden schöne Gespräche.

This was my third stay with this guest house during my travel in Tajikistan in June and July of 2026. The hotels in Dushanbe downtown were pretty expensive, and I think that their service quality of this guest house is much more than the other hotels in the same price range and also, the owner, Elkin, was very helpful, advisable and supportive, so I stayed with this guest house again. If you do not stick to the downtown area, I strongly recommend you try this guest house.

It is located in residential area, so if you plan to visit the downtown frequently, it may be a bit far and feel inconvenient. (around 30-35TJS (20 minutes) by taxi one way from/to the downtown)

I stayed in a room with a private bathroom and toilet. The room was pretty large, very clean and I could feel very comfortable and relaxed there as if I were in my own house. The breakfast was also excellent. (I feel that they are considering changing the variation every day.) The owner, Elkin, was very helpful, advisable and supportive and he even booked some economic local tours for me. (He prepared the breakfast earlier than usual when I needed to depart early morning.) There are some groceries, fast food shops, restaurants or ATM within walking distance.

The room was pretty large and very clean. It was a room with a shared bathroom and toilet, but it was shared only with two rooms on the same floor, so I could use it anytime when I wanted to use. The owner, Elkin, was very helpful and supportive even before I started my travel to Tajikistan.
