More than a Hostel. For me it was not less than a 3* hotel. Neat and clean, Kitchen facilities, 24 hr tea / coffee self service free of cost, nicely behaved staff and excellent location ! Arranged my airport drop off.

Clean, tidy and helpful. Great AC.
We got told a taxi could be booked for us at 3am to the airport but when we showed up to reception the guy said it wasn't possible and we had to go out onto the street and try to wave one down.

The location was quiet and the rooms were comfortable. The AC worked great and the beds were comfortable. It is a large guesthouse that looks like it used to be a home.
Because it was maybe designed as a home and not as a hotel, the rooms were not the quietest. But, we just turned on a sound machine and were able to sleep. We left at 6:30 in the morning, so were not able to eat breakfast. A box of something to go would have been a nice touch, but it wasn't expected so it is okay.

The staff was polite. Breakfast was modest: bread, tea, butter, omelet. However, the cook was polite and very helpful. Thanks Hello Dushanbe for hosting us!
The price, in my opinion, was a bit high. We paid $53 but got a modest breakfast. However, for me, as someone coming from Uzbekistan it is probably a high expectation as in my country for this price you get a better service. However, I wish Hello Dushanbe to prosper and grow in service providing!
