To be honest, we did not expect the apartment to be THAT good. Enjoyed every morning anв every evening - lovely balcony view and a lot of sun. We spent all our mealtime on that balcony. The apartment itself was greatly equipped - all necessities - for hair/makeup removal/toiletries - everything was thought about in advance The apartment itself was really clean. Grocery shops and a bus stop are available in 15 minutes on foot. Great variety oа restoraunts - in about 10 minutes by lazy walk.

The gym was amazing the best gym I’ve ever been to and it’s about a 20 second walk away, the pool is perfect, the bars nearby are brilliant and Mercadona and lidl both so close. The beds were so comfy everything was so clean. Everyone in the area and the neighbours were so friendly we loved it all!! My favourite part was the view from the balcony as you might be able to tell from the photos….

Good location- just a 10 minutes walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

There were no curtains or glass & every time after showering the floor was totally wet & needed to be dried. It was quite uncomfortable. The toaster in the kitchen wasn’t working.

Putzfrau sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden, da die Wohnung schön und gut gelegen ist

Einfach zu finden, ruhige Gegend mit nahem Autobahnanschluss und mit anständigen Nachbarn und sowie Nachtruhe, da sehr schöne, hellhörige Wohnung, schöner grosser Balkon mit guten Stühlen. Durchgehend stabile Internetverbindung und genügend Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Rasche, freundliche und unkomplizierte Whatsup-Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Leider gabe es keine Aussenrollos oder Jalousie, somit musste ich 3 Wochen mit Schlafmaske schlafen, da die schönen Dekorationsvorhänge lichtdurchlässig waren. Die Küche war das Gegenteil von sauber, vorallem der Backofen stark verschmutzt, verkrustet und sogar noch Essensreste. Geschirr und Küchenoberfläche war auch nicht sauber, teilweise sogar verschmiert und Reste von Brotkrumen masssenhaft im Toaster u. teilweise auf Küchenoberfläche. Ausserdem waren alte gebrachte Kaffeekapseln in ungeputzter Kaffeemaschine. Pfannen und Bestecke waren teilweise auch schmutzig, d. ich die Teile ich ich bnutzen wollte extra erst putzen musste. Bei der Küchen-Spüle lag ein gebrauchter alter Putzschwamm, vor dem mir ekelte. Der Dampfabzug funktionierte gar nicht und die 1. Nacht konnte ich vor Kälte kaum schlafen, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Der Mann der Vermieterin bradcht zwar innert kurzer Zeit einen Minielektroofen vorbei aber dieser war leider nicht aussreichend um viel zu bewirken (in der grössten Kälte- und Regenphase Andalusiens seit Jahrzehnten). Das Problem mit der Heizung konnte erst am übernächsten Tag gelöst, da alle Filter verstopft waren. Das mit dem Backofen u. defekten Dampfabzug teilte ich mit aber ich hatte dann keine Lust mehr die Puzfrau nochmals reinzulassen, nach dem ich wetterbedingt sehr viel in der Wohnung und auch am arbeiten war. Es gab nur eine dünne Badematte für 21 Tage und auch keine Bettwächsche zum Wechsel. In der 2. Woche wurde ich beinahe im Schlafzimmer begraben, als im Riesensturm ein grosser Baum vom Nebengrundstück direkt aufs Haus fiel, nur ein paar Meter vom Schlafzimmer entfernt liegen blieb (da kann aber weder der Vermieter noch die Putzfrau etwas dafür)....

Très peu de vaisselles et de matériels de cuisine, un four mais sans plat adéquat, la literie à changer, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans une des chambre. Odeur d'animaux dans l'appartement et tapis, même aéré tous les jours, peut être ancien locataire avec un chien, tapis à changer.

Na pewno szczerze polecam.

Dobra lokalizacja obiektu, blisko do morza, sklepów i restauracji. Widać, że świeżo po remoncie, czysto i przyjemnie.

Myślę, przydałoby się więcej naczyń, sztućców i szklanek, bo zmywarka chodziła z 1/3 wkładu. Szkoda wody i detergentu.
