El mirador de las dunas

The apartment was superb, just what we needed. Although there is no aircon, even in 35’ heat, it felt cool, and the ceiling fan kept the temperature just right at night. The host was lovely, very friendly without being overbearing. Location is good, a bit of a walk into town, or just a short drive away, but supermarkets, shops and restaurants just down the road. The communal pools are good, and big enough that even when there are quite a lot of people, there’s still plenty of room. And for those looking to see the ‘chipmunks’, well, there’s plenty of them nearby!!

Unfortunately, Booking.com don’t make it that easy for the host to liaise with you on arrival, but in our case, he persevered until he found us!! The upstairs bedroom is really only suited to someone small, as it has a very low headroom, but be aware, the stairs to it are a bit on the steep side.
