The Exchange Hotel

Nice room, good size, clean and tidy with ample storage space. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were all excellent as usual.

Shower could do with some attention

This is an Excellent hotel. I’m currently on my second stay, due to a mix of work and personal, I’ve had the same small double room both times and it’s very comfortable, no cheap duvet, mattress and pillows here, shower and bathroom facilities are excellent. Very clean, I keep myself to myself but lots of people clearly use the bars and the staff and all the customers are very friendly and helpful. It’s now my go to hotel, any time I’m in the area just don’t park in the hotel car park, I made that mistake and got a well deserved but polite telling off

The tv in the room couldn’t find any channels. But I haven’t bothered with it tbh. So it doesn’t really cause me any problems.

Excellent location, lots of local bars and restaurants to try, rooms clean and tidy and excellent value for money. Easy free parking, staff at hand if needed and all very friendly.

Rooms a little small ( we had expected that they may be for the cost though )but cosy and comfortable. In the middle of town do a little noisy at night but again expected this from the location.

Small double didn’t have a window just a skylight. Bathrooms and corridor had a smell.
