Room was a good size, - bed was comfy, room was quiet- enjoyed being able to use sauna/steam room, pool area was good- breakfast had lots of great options
bathroom looking a little worn, grout not as clean as could be, some of the furniture was looking tired & worn
pool area was clean but changing rooms/showers especially need major cleaning

The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was great
One room was next to a boiler, or something and the noise kept us awake all night. One accessible room, the bed was either a large single or a small double and uncomfortable. Plus there was a problem with payments. I know I went through booking .com but I paid for three rooms but when we got there I found I had to pay again for the third room. I was not happy. The receptionist tried to help but could.I
We have stayed at Forest Pines before and it was wonderful. But sadly this time it wasnt
