The flat was really cozy and the wifi is super fast. Kitchen was well equipped though the induction cooker is a bit finicky. You need to use a wide enough put to cover the base or it goes off. There was complimentary tea and coffee and sugar. There was also laundry and dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing up liquid, sponges and kitchen towels. Bathroom in the ensuite was tiny but clean and had lots of extra toilet paper. There was a full complement of clean towels and the shower gel smells amazing The location was very convenient. Walking distance to the train station, Sainsbury, Aldi, Coop and Poundland as well as to the beach. There are bus stops just at the corner
The downstairs room radiator needs checking as I couldn't seem to turn it on. There isn't any onsite parking but public transport covers this.

Value for money and property manager on call for any problem
1. The area was rough 2. The decor tired 3. Very few towels and never replaced so by day 4 they were horrible. 4. No air con so my husband found it too hot to sleep and area noisy so you can’t open the windows. Never stayed in a flat before and probably wouldn’t do it again but it was ok
