​Struttura ottima, immersa in una zona molto tranquilla e completamente lontana dal traffico. Splendidi e ben curati sia il giardino che la zona piscina. Un plauso speciale alla signora Maria e a tutto lo staff: sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti ad accoglierti con il sorriso. Pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti impeccabile, effettuata ogni singolo giorno. La colazione è discreta e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. ​Unico piccolo appunto: sarebbe utilissimo integrare un servizio lavanderia a disposizione degli ospiti. Per il resto, un’ottima esperienza che consiglio a chi cerca tranquillità!

Mancava la tenda in bagno, al mattino entra troppa luce nella stanza

The location was good. We like that we had our own entrance and there were lots of space for parking. The litlle pool was nice an also the friendly staff.

We booked the apartment on Booking.com because there it stated that there were beds for all our family of 5: a double bed, two single beds and a bunkbed. Upon arrival there was no bunkbed but a sofa in the living space kitchen. We wrote the owner a message about this and his reaction was that Booking.com made mistake on their site. And also that we could have checked the original hotel website to check about the beds. Who does that? If I book through bookings I assume that this is the correct information. Anyway they did not do anything with our complaint. Also the breakfast was dissappointing. Only processed food. Pancakes that were sitting there for more than 1 day. But ok, if you like toast and a cup of coffee in the morning it is fine. All together the pictures on the website do not reflect the quality of the room (see pictures of some damage on the walls). The bench on the balcony wasv very wobbly and a closet under the TV was broken.

Bathroom

Lack of privacy and noise! The room description should have mentioned that it was a ground floor room next to small pool. People walk past my little terrace looking into my room and lots of noise from pool. The upper rooms are better and allow for privacy which is was guests expect! I would have cancelled if l knew the room was ground floor by pool.
