Super calme dans un envionnement très détendu
La taille de la chambre et sa modernité avec confort et très spacieuse
Rien à redire pour l'accueil
Très joli jardin et extérieur très bien aménagé.
Proximité de la mer et des magasins (grande surface en face), restaurant et bars.
La vue sur mer !

On était début Mai et la piscine n'était pas prête, les transats pas propres donc on a pas pu en profiter...
Impossible de manger sur place mais facile de trouver un restaurant qui fait petits-déjeuners (accès à pied) depuis l'hotel.
On dirait un nouvelle ville intégralement tournée vers le tourisme vu la quantité faramineuse de resorts avec piscine. Ça fait très artificiel

My room was very modern , beautiful and ground floor , no going up lifts or staircases.
Lena at the pool bar was very helpful with which bus to catch and makes lovely cocktails.
The pool was so refreshing in June. It was lit up at night too.
The closest pebble beach only a short walk across the roads maybe 4 minutes.
Leaving i wished id booked at least a week here.
But be mindful the bus takes at least an hour to get to Chania. Stay here and stay separately in Chania old town itself.

the most important thing is Mikael met us there to let us into our room even though we arrived at 12.30am due to a very late flight arrival. We had stayed here last year too and found it excellent. This stay was the same - everything we needed, a friendly welcome, a very nice room etc. We would certainly stay there again. thanks.

Close to grocery store.
There was a strong smell of vomit in the apartment.
One of the airconditions could not be adjusted.
No housekeeping, not even take out the bin.
No breakfast opportunity.
