The location is very nice and with a good restaurant selection to choose from around the area. The hotel has a great view specially at night. The only reason why I’m rating this hotel 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the rooms- During our 4 night stay the crew never cleaned our room even after requesting it … since our trash cans were full. At one point we had to track down the cleaning crew for additional toiler paper. The shower doors had mold at the bottom and the shower floor where dark so knew the room wasn’t cleaned well before our arrival. When I checked out, I gave the front desk my feedback and they responded with an attitude tone “So do you want to talk to a manager?? Instead of being met with a professional answer. My feedback went into deaf ears as she shook her shoulders after I told her I didn’t wish to escalate it and it was just meant as feedback. All in all, customer service can be improved as well as their cleaning services.
