Huoneisto oli siisti ja moderni. Sijainti sopivasti keskustassa. Autopaikka hallissa plussaa.
Säilytystilaa ei ollut tarpeeksi jos viipyy pidempään. Myöskin laskutilaa tavaroille voisi olla enemmän.

Valgusküllane uus korter koos majaaluse parklaga. Korter asus teisel korrusel ja majas oli lift.

Sijainti erinomainen, vaikka oli lähellä keskustaa ja Pärnun uutta siltaa, oli todella rauhallista. Huoneisto viihtyisä ja siisti. Sisustus yksinkertaisen tyylikästä. Riittävä määrä tarvittavia astioita. Sisäänkirjautuminen koodien ja viestien avulla todella sujuvaa. Sänky todella hyvä nukkua. Kylpyhuone tilava ja suihkukopissa tiivis ovi. Autohallipaikka täyden kympin arvoinen.
Suihkussa voisi olla pitkävartinen lasta lattian kuivaamista varten.

Небольшая накладка с получением смс и заселением в апартаменты, но персонал исправил проблему и пошёл на уступки долее позднего выезда.
