Aia Center Apartment with sauna

Sisse saamine oli väga lihtne ning hästi loogiliste juhiste järgi. Korter ilusti puhas ja kõik vajalik olemas. 3 lapsega mahtus väga hästi sinna ööbima. Maja väga vaikne ja mõnus.

Apartment is spatiuos and comfortable. We also used sauna which is nice bonus to our short say in Estonia. I loved the location. Host is very responsive and made sure our stay was smooth. There is a fireplace also, should be cozy during cold winter days as well.

Asukoht ja mõistlik hind. Saun oli boonuseks, parkimiskoht hoovis ka suur väärtus.

Pliit on, aga panni ei ole. Korter oli esialgu väga külm, aga panime õhksoojuspumba huugama ja ühel hetkel hakkasin varbaid jälle tundma :) Kui pumba sees hoidsime, püsis korter soe.

The location is great. Center of Parnu, everything is within walking distance. A guaranteed, free parking spot is included. If you have a toddler, a crib was included. Easy check-in and check-out. An electric stove and oven if you wish to cook something. A/C made for comfortable indoor temperatures even in the hottest moments.

The pictures are pretty much what you get. One double bed (2 spaces) + single bed (1 space) + extendable sofa (2 not so comfortable spaces). When we arrived, the towels were folded, but a bit moist. This called into question whether they had been washed and not fully dried yet or if they were used by someone else prior to our arrival. The bathroom offered two kinds of shampoo and a conditioner, but no body wash. Additionally, the wooden elements, such as the door and moldings, are starting to show water damage from the shower. The toilet flushing is surprisingly loud and obnoxious. There is a small ceiling ventialation fan, but it did not appear to do much to help with actually ventilating the bathroom. Also, there's a constant light in the bathroom ceiling which does not seem to have a light switch associated with it. If you read Estonian, you might be able tofind and toggle the breaker for it. The biggest issue was the road works happening right next to the apartment throughout the night. Vibrations from the heavy equipment could be felt throughout the building in 20 second intervals up to ~2 AM. There was no warning that this would be happening, and it made me wish I'd gone for a different option. The A/C remote only offers "Heat 10°C" or cooling at your desired temperature with an option to make it powerful. No option to heat up the apartment if you've over-cooled it or renting in the colder months it seems.
