Breakfast was decent. There was a good selection of cold and hot items.
The room wasn't anything special, but the shower was nice and big. The room had a partial view of the river, but there was no couch or anything by the window to sit and observe.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and charming. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Columbus. I felt like the area was safe and quiet. The room had many modern amenities, and it felt like being in someone's home rather than a hotel. It was very comfortable.
I wish the restaurant and bar had been open a little later. We went to the hockey game in town and wanted to grab a drink at the bar afterwards; however, it had already closed when we returned to the hotel.

Facility great. Staff great. Service not so good. There were no housekeeping services provided. The climate control was utterly terrible. These are two major deficiencies one would not expect from a hotel of this caliber and price paid for the room. Definitely would not stay there again unless I had assurance these issues were addresses.

The breakfast was great, and the location was nice; we loved being able to walk along the river. The staff were very friendly and nice.
We booked the normal room but decided to pay extra for an upgrade for a better view. The room was not that much nicer, matter of fact, it felt smaller and darker due to the layout of the large hallway. We did get a view of the river and the parking lot. We love the historical features of the hotel, but we were disappointed with the carpet in the room, which felt dirty. The bed was a bit too soft. The air conditioner unit above the bed had a light that did not turn off all night, which was like having a light shining above us while we slept, so, needless to say, we did not get the best sleep since the room was not very dark.
