The location and view. Balcony was wonderful. Close to Publix and restaurants.

The unit AC worked but the Phoenix VI AC unit in the parking lot was on its way out. The noise the bearing were making was so LOUD you could not hear anyone the person beside you talking until you got inside the unit. Then once inside the only time you did not hear the noise was on the balcony. Good thing there was a couch and master bedroom on the back because noise in front bedroom was very loud. Desk people were not helpful ...thought us that is just the way the "generator" sounds. Not generator AC unit. Last morning we were there Phoenix had vendor thete to repair..replace 4 bearings but did not have a 5th one, part ordered. Call center well...call about 3 things 1. Could we get in early had diabetic medicine to refrigerate NO. 2. The noise NOt our problem will pass on. 3. Could we have couple hours late check out NO need the 6 hour window to clean and oh by the way can you do dishes and strip the beds.

Location was great, and condo was clean, spacious and well kept. Looked to be updated recently. Kitchen was well stocked with usable items, and the view was fabulous.

Parking was ok, but spaces were tight for bigger vehicles. Not a huge deal, but it would be great to have an extra 6 to 8 inches per space to accommodate full sized vehicles.

Excellent view, very clean, great value. Everything was in very good condition.

The indoor pool was great as there were rainy days. In general, in pretty good condition, but floors got very slippery and dirty ( people do not follow rules.) Many people put diapered babies in hot tubs-gross.
