La atención y disposición de Marcela, la administradora, para resolver dudas y ayudarnos en lo que faltara. La cocina estaba bien adecuada, y el comedor y sala son muy cómodas. Tiene una excelente ubicación, cercana a zonas turísticas y la casa de Pablo Neruda.
Algunas partes están algo deterioradas, como las duchas y parte de la cocina.

Fue una muy buena estancia. El lugar es limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado, con piezas amplias, espacios comunes muy bien equipados y áreas exteriores ideales para relajarse un rato. Me gustó mucho la confianza que entregan y el respeto por el espacio de los huéspedes. En general, se siente un ambiente muy grato y acogedor. Mención honrosa a la chica que me recibió, quien estuvo en contacto conmigo y preocupada desde el momento en que llegué a la ciudad. fue muy amable y atenta durante toda la estadía. Sin duda volveré si regreso a Valpso. ¡recomendado!

The shared kitchen. The location with loads of murals around. The atmosphere.
The private bathroom in the dorm is ridiculously tiny and dirty. It hasn’t been cleaned during our 3-night stay. The hostel is run by volunteers only and nobody seems to be supervising them so…
