Superb

First of all I have to admit an owner attitude to a client. We had an unpredictable situation in a road and by Guest house rules it can require extra charge. Accepting our explanation, owner has canceled extra charge and it was very pleasure. The apartments are located in a small, cozy and green yard and it's very good in a hot summer days. An apartment has a big terrace where swimming clothes can dry. There are a restaurant and a food store nearby.

A small gap with a see view between roofs (more scenic view is on a public terrace). The air conditioner is only in a one room.

Room with a view.

Closed by the trees a little bit, but anyway, yes, it sees the Sveti Stefan island from its balcony. Hot water was great and the toilet was clean. The cafe under the facility is very well for snacks and drinks.

The lady who is in charge of the facility is obsessive about closing the doors and the windows at all times. Lots of steps to climb to the room, people with kids (especially babies) shall be careful.

In order to have the nicer view over the Sveti Stefan Island, we had to climb up stairs. But at the end it worth the effort.

Lokalizacja, czyste ręczniki, możliwość zaparkowania przed obiektem w porozumieniu z właścicielką, ładne plaże w okolicy, blisko do miejscowości Petrovac z przepięknymi widokami.

Klimatyzacja nie czyszczona, działała przez 15 minut potem się wyłączała na jakiś czas, do tego bardzo głośno pracowała . Wanna zardzewiała z uszkodzoną emalią. Ogólnie brudno, wyposażenie w kuchni niekompletne. Lampki bez żarówek. Trzeba bardzo uważać jak odkręca się ciepłą wodę bo leci wrzątek, część przy kranie nagrzewa się mocno i można się oparzyć, zamiast telewizora monitor do gier. Gospodyni miła ale zbytnio nie przejmowała się na temat naszych uwag. Pobyt skróciliśmy o jeden dzień. Apartament nr 5 na najwyższym piętrze.

A szüleimnek és a tesóméknak foglaltam 4 főre, nekik megfelelt . A kilátás Sveti Stefanra és a tengerre csodálatos volt. Boltok 300 méteren belül a szállástol, 3 étterem a szálláshoz közel melyből 2 alatta van és ízletes vacsorát adott.

A néni csak a saját nyelvén beszél és csak készpénzben lehetett fizetni az először kiírt előleg fizetéshez képest.

Posebno nam se dopala ljubaznost i angazovanje Zagorke Maksimovic. Smestaj i uslovi su onakvi kako je i prikazano na slikama, rado bi ponovo bili gosti u ovom objektu.

Сподобалося, що мало людей, спокійно, дуже хороший чистий пляж. Думаю це найкраще місце для спокійного відпочинку. Поруч кілька ресторанів, магазини.

Beliggenheden og udsigten er fantastisk. Vi ville booke det igen.

Fantastisk beliggenhed med den bedste udsigt fra både værelser og den ret store terrasse. Vi havde den øverste lejlighed. Det lufter dejligt på terrassen når det blæser. Du er hurtigt på stranden via de mange trapper. Fin og meget fleksibel kommunikation med udlejer. Havde mulighed for at forlænge med en ekstra nat. Det var muligt at få vores bagage opbevaret efter check ud, mens vi ventede på en bus videre. Den lejlighed vi lejede havde god plads til at være i og opbevare tøj og ting.

Der lugtede muggent i nogle af køkkenskabene. Aircondition virkede lidt træt i det og det tog den lang tid at komme ned i temperaturen. Der var ikke helt rent på badeværelset da vi tjekkede ind. Pletter på væggene og på wc brædtet. Men det var nemt at tørre af.
