We had a wonderful stay at this studio. It was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the sheltered terrace, which provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy meals—we ended up spending most of our time there. The hosts were exceptionally kind, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed, offering great recommendations and ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay.

A lot of stairs wherever you go...so make sure you are fit enough :)

Our stay at the apartment in Sveti Stefan in Villa Slavica was absolutely delightful! We arrived after 9 PM and were warmly welcomed. Everything was explained and shown to us in detail. The room was equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, towels, a hairdryer, an iron, and air conditioning. We had requested a room with a balcony in advance, and that’s exactly what we got — with an incredible view of the island. There was a shared kitchen on the floor, and a refrigerator where we could store our food and water. In terms of location, we are two young women and had no trouble walking down the long stairs to the beach, so we wouldn’t consider that a drawback. Shops and the bus stop are nearby — we went to Budva almost every evening. Check-out was by 10 AM, but we were able to leave our backpacks and enjoy some more beach time since our flight was later in the day. There’s a beautiful rooftop terrace at the top of the apartments where we loved watching the sunset. Thank you to the villa staff for the wonderful stay, warm hospitality, and kindness. They are always ready to help and accommodate their guests. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and beauty of Sveti Stefan

Could not ask for a better place in Sveti Stefan. Beautiful roof top and the best views you can imagine. Room was simple but very clean. The host was great…his dad was such a sweetheart! Really helped us with such a warm greeting after a late arrival. We will never forget that. Many small markets and some restaurants near by. The beach is the best! We spent a day walking along the coastline to Budva, checking out beaches, restaurants. Took the local bus back which dropped us off in front of the apartment. Perfection!

Our particular room had a separate kitchen, across the hall which we weren’t expecting. It worked out fine but if the hotel was busy it could be a bit awkward. But a minor issue as we loved our stay.

Super host, super location, super view

We stayed there for 5 nights, and I'd definitely say that's the best apartments in Sveti Stefan. It's worth every cent. The view from your personal balcony and especially from the roof terrace was just amazing!! There was a possibility to grill smth and enjoy your evening x10. Hosts are always in touch and ready to help you. During our stay they asked many many times if everything is OK. Moreover, they will provide kind of a manual, where you can find everything you need (where to find the nearest market, beaches, bus, etc). The apartments are quite close to the beaches, so it could take you from 10 to 20 min on foot to the nearest ones. The restaurants, a bus station to Budva are super close as well (will take you 5 min to get to). If you wanna go to Budva, it will take you cca 15min to get there (depends on a traffic jam), and the price for a ticket is 2,50 euro per person. But honestly Sveti Stefan has much better beaches, less overcrowded, it's cozy and calm :)

1. There was a spot on the bed linen, but they quickly changed it and apologised for that inconvenience. 2. Wifi internet was slow time to time but it's quite a common thing in Montenegro (we had the same issue in the other apartments). 3. If the AC was on, it leaked at the table on your balcony (can bother you if you'd like to have breakfast there). Even though I listed there some, let's say, 'cons', they didn't make our stay worse or anything.
