Nouaceur Garden

Notre hôte Saïd était parfait, très dévoué et attentif à nos besoins. L'appartement était bien décoré, très grand et spacieux. L'emplacement près de l'aéroport était un plus pour nos besoins. Divers petits commerces et restauration à proximité sont très appréciables. Nous y avons passé 15 jours et avons pu visiter Casablanca, Rabat et El Jadida Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle place de parking sécurisée. Très belle piscine en fonctionnement à partir du mois de juin pour passer de bonnes vacances d'été.

Appartement malheureusement situé au nord, ce qui le rend un peu froid (ça sera parfait en été) et la climatisation réversible fait énormément de bruit. Manque de petits équipements dans la cuisine (planche à découper, passoire, cloche micro-ondes)

The appartement was big and had all expected facilities

The appartement seemed to be very humid

1) Close to the airport 2)guaranteed security (there were cctv camera everywhere on the street) and even the buildings had security guards 3) local shops and restaurants within walking distance 4) The apartment was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. 5) Said is the most hospitable, kind, helpful and pleasant property manager. He was always available when he needed and always checking in to make sure we were ok.

The apartment was very cold, but this ain’t unique to the property, it’s a country wide issue, as it is believed there is no central heating system in Morocco (unless you have an AC that could emit heat). This wouldn’t have been an issue if was the summer, but because we visited in the winter, it made it less of an enjoyable experience. However Said provided a lot of thick blankets to help keep us warm. Also the neighbours (or perhaps it was just one particular neighbour) complained a lot about every little noise even during the day. Even when it was just a conversation between adults.
