I had a wonderful stay at this furnished apartment. The location is convenient and well-situated, making it easy to get around. The interior is excellent, with stylish furniture and beautiful decoration that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is extremely clean and very well maintained. The owner has been exceptionally thoughtful, providing many small but essential items that travelers need, which made the stay very comfortable and hassle-free. It’s a great option for a group of four to six people.

The only drawback is that there is just one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which is not sufficient to cool all rooms, especially during hotter periods. That said, during the night, after some time, the overall temperature does become more comfortable.

Velice se nám v ubytování líbilo. Velikost apartmánu, balkony, nadstandartní vybavení, dobré postele, možnost parkovat v garáži. Velice ochotný pan majitel, dobrá dostupnost do centra i k dálnici. Velice příznivá cena ke kvalitě ubytování.

V okolí apartmánu není obchod. Některé vybavení v kuchyni je opotřebované.

The check-in process was straightforward.

The host requested an additional cleaning fee only after check-out, which was not disclosed anywhere on the Booking.com listing prior to booking. Instead, they referred to a note placed behind the door inside the property — something guests cannot reasonably be expected to notice or agree to in advance. Booking.com reviewed the case and confirmed that we are not liable for this charge. This lack of transparency affected our experience. Future guests are strongly advised to confirm all possible additional fees with the host before arrival. The location is also not ideal, and the surrounding area feels less pleasant.
