annies inn homestay

10/10 homestay right in the Fort Kochi ♥️ The property has a mini lift for carrying luggage and for senior citizen which I loved the most ♥️ Given my father is 60+ with a spinal chord surgery this soothes my anxiety a bit 🙏 The host and his wife both are very welcoming and friendly. As our flight was late at night he allowed us to check our early and keep our luggage there in the property so we can explore Fort Kochi without any issues He also helped us book the Kathakali show in the Kochi Folklore Odium. The property had a very big bed a common balcony kitchen and dining room. Loved everything. Will definitely stay here when visiting Kochi again

The host Mr. Peter was very welcoming, there was no unnecessary urgency created for payment until the room was shown. Since me & my friends arrived early, they accommodated our luggage till the rooms were ready by check-in time.

Since it's a home stay with multiple guests at any given point of time and the kitchen is one of the shared spaces, we had items missing from the fridge overnight. Upon enquiry it was discovered that the staff took the eatables, after asking just 1 of the many guests, who couldn't confirm if they were of any of the other guests. That was quite upsetting & a lame reason. So having to go through the ordeal of spending money & the eatables getting spoilt for no fault of ours was quite upsetting. Staff should be more mindful when it comes to the common space & facilities being used by guests. Another thing is the washrooms don't have any wipers, so you are left with the wet floor.
