מיקום מעולה, שורה ראשונה לים. חלונות וגינה מול השקיעה כל יום. קרוב לבריכות שחיה טבעיות ולמפל מים יפה. הדירה גדולה, נראית חדשה ומתוחזקת היטב.
היה מקום להוסיף מכונת כביסה ומדיח כלים. כמו כן חסרות מטליות ניקוי חד פעמיות במטבח. בנוסף היינו שמחים אם היו מחליפים מגבות מדי פעם.
