Spacious, clean and comfortable studio with large bathroom and kitchen. Quiet, good area nearby the Moldovan State University, many embassies and the large Valea Morilor park. Very modern complex. Supermarket, pharmacy and bankomat 10 minutes by foot away in Strada Sciusev. 20 min by foot to downtown (Piata Marea Adunare Nationala). I felt like at home.

I announced my arriving for a time slot between 4 to 5 pm. When I arrived at 10 to 5, no one was at the reception, I had to wail like 15 minutes for the person from the receptiopn to turn back from shopping to get the key. No instructions for washing machine, TV or how/where to to dispose waste etc. Clear written instructions in the apartment would be helpful.

Very pleasant stay. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and I could conveniently collect the keys from the reception desk. The building is new and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made the stay very comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The only thing that could use a bit more attention was the cleanliness of the shower area. The location is also a big advantage - not far from the city center, bars, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. We also easily agreed on cash payment with the owner. Highly recommended.
