מוניקה, בעלת הדירה, מקסימה, ואף שמחנו לתת לה שוקולד קטן כהערכה על המיידיות והמאמצים למצוא את הדירה. הדירה- חדשה, נקיה, במיקום נוח עם חניה חינם. הדירה ענקית, חדר ארונות נפרד, מטבח מאובזר ורק היינו צריכים לקנות בקבוק שמן קטן לבישולים.
הוראות ההגעה- לקבל אותן בכתב ומראש. החימום לא עבד, ובלילה הטמפרטורה בדירה היתה נמוכה מאד, אין עוד שמיכות להתכסות, ממש היה קר להיות בדירה מייבש המגבות- לא עבד, ולמעשה אחרי היום הראשון לא היו לנו מגבות יבשות, האינטרנט- הספק המקורי של האינטרנט היה מצוין, ואז כנראה נגמרה ההתקשרות ועברו לספק אחר- לא היה כיסוי אלא בפינה אחת בדירה, וקצב גלשיה מאד מאד נמוך. מוניקה אכן הגיעה לראות מה קורה, והבטיחה שהדברים יטופלו- אך עד שעזבנו לא היה תיקון. היינו בדירה 5 ימים, זה ממש פגע בהנאה שלנו.
