Villa Lou Sanae - Bord de mer -Spa, paddle, kayak - Classe 4 etoiles
The accommodation was clean on arrival, the hot tub was great. The beds were very comfortable. Good amount of kitchen equipment. The host responded quickly when we texted him for information.
There was an open fence to the side, giving little privacy when we were in.the hot tub. Frequently, there were people walking past to the side where the fence was open.. We were expected to clean the property upon vacation. These factors took the shine off of our stay. We had to get rid of our own rubbish and recycling at the town hall. We understand recycling, but we are on holiday. Spare bin bags would be good, we had to buy some. BBQ tongs and a cleaning brush would also be good. We were a party of 5 adults and one child, there were enough towels for 3 adults.

Excellent, really enjoyed our stay in Santec
The house is very modern and spacy, equipped with all the necessary things, easy to use. We really enjoyed our stay in Santec and our stay in this property, it was quiet/not really touristic, on walking distance to the beach, an excellent boulanger (l'epi d'or) just a couple of minutes away and an excellent base to discover the rest of Bretagne.

Très belle maison, agréable à vivre aussi bien en extérieur qu'en intérieur, dans un endroit calme à proximité des plages, literie et appareils managers de qualité qui fonctionnent bien, tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien si ce n'est des services à salade 🥗.

Superbe maison neuve en bois à 900 m de la plage accessible à pied. Au calme, et très bien équipée, cette maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle. Parking 3 voitures. Chambres et sdb spacieuses, literie au top. Conforme aux photos publiées. Le +++ le Jacuzzi avec douche extérieure. La région est magnifique avec ce sable blanc et mer turquoise. Coucher de soleil à ne pas manquer.
