4 star architect villa with Pool, direct access to the beach

We spent a really enjoyable week at this property. The villa is truly amazing with panoramic views of the Brittany coastline. The villa is spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and equipment. The swimming pool was a lovely luxury particularly as the weather was changeable on the week we stayed. Mr and Mrs Bourhis were lovely hosts and we appreciated the homemade tart. I highly recommend this property.

The place looked great on paper... and it really lived up to expectations. Eight of us - three adults, one teen and four youngsters spent easy days hanging in the pool, playing on the beach or just chilling out in the lounge enjoying the view. The pool is a good temperature and good size - although note it is 1.5m deep, so bring arm bands for younger kids. We also brought some inflatables (two rings and a crocodile), a body board and several water pistols. As a result, the kids were in the pool at least once every day! You can't see it from the pictures, but outside the lounge there is a small garden with a picnic table and four sun loungers. Right at the end of the garden is a path leading down some rocks and onto the beach. A great beach too. The sun rises at the front of the house, and moves over the back in the afternoon, so that's when you want to go to the beach, especially as that's when the tide is in and you can paddle/swim in the sea. The sun setting on the water is quite magnificent. The owners also supply two kayaks (and various life jackets). They were excellent! We went out into the sea a few times - including one epic journey. It's absolutely amazing out on the open water - we just regretted not taking a couple of beers with us! Outside of the house, the village (Santec) is ten minutes walk and has a nice bakery and a bar/tabac, as well as a small grocery store. There is a big E Leclerc supermarket at nearby St Pol de Leon that has a great selection and good prices, and cheap fuel. For a day trip drive into Roscoff and take the boat to the Ile de Batz (pronounced Ba). We hired out bikes (including one with a trailer for the two littlest and two junior ones for a six and seven year old) and cycled to the the lighthouse creperie for a bite to eat, before heading to the lighthouse itself, which we climbed for some amazing views. Afterwards, we hit the nearby beach with its amazingly clear water. If we'd arrived earlier, we might have cycled round the whole island. It really is beautiful. All in all, a brilliant place for a holiday, especially with kids. Very helpful owners too. Highly recommended.

Very nice modern house. Almost new. Enclosed in its own fenced in garden, not over looked, but with front line direct access to the beach. Sea views from every room. The views from the house and garden are better than the pictures show. The beach is very nice white sand, with only patches of seaweed. Good for swimming and boating (Kayaks were provided free with the house) when tide is in, good for exploring rock pools etc when tide is out. Over all great for the kids. The beach is never crowded. Although it is public it is mostly only shared with other residents and feels like a private beach. The house is on the outskirts of a characterful little village with a bar/tabac, good local grocery store, and boulangerie all 5-10 min walk. A large supermarket is 10 min drive away in San Pol. Indoor swimming pool was an added bonus. It was warm and clean and also has a sea view! The owners met us at the house. They were very welcoming and helpful. On arrival I found the house a little hard to find, so it would be a good idea to make sure you ask for directions or locate it on Sat Nav. In the house they provided local information. Only thing I had to find myself was a map to the Supermarket in San Pol and the nearest hospital emergency room/doctor which was 20 mins drive and easy to find once we knew where it was. Overall it was a wonderful stay. On days with good weather, no need to leave the house/beach. If weather is not good, explore characterful Roscoff (much nicer than other Ferry Terminal Towns) and Morlaix.

We had a wonderful half term week in the villa.The accommodation is fantastic and is situated in a private road behind an auto entry timber gate.The children practically lived in the heated indoor swimming pool. Theven beach is accessible through a gate at the bottom of the garden and some rough steps. Sieck to the south and Batz to the north are visible from the beach.Mr Bourhis speaks good English and we found Mr & Mrs Bourhis both accommodating and helpful.There are shops within walking distance(chemist; pattiserie,bar and convenience store) All in all a relaxing holiday in a superb location.

With 8 person (2 families) we enjoyed the week before Easter at this well located villa. In an absolutely comfortable environment we have had a fantastic view at the beach and the ocean. Every room is well equipped in a modern design and very clean. The house offers enough room for 8-10 person even if the weather is not for staying outside. The pool is clean, warm an invites for swimming. Although Mr.&Mrs. Bourhis, the house owners, were at our arrival absent they arranged with Mrs. Pennec as there representation a competent an warm welcome. We can really recommend the villa, the great location and the friendly and helpful owners to everybody.

Wir hatten einen klasse Urlaub in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus. Was immer das Verbot zu heben ist die Lage mit dem sensationellen Meerblick. Auch die guten Kajaks waren vor allem ein Highlight. Genauso wie der Indoorpool. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, Kleinigkeiten könnte man immer bemängeln.

Wir waren vom Haus und dem uneinsichtigen Aussenbereich und dem direkten Zugang zum Strand sehr angetan. Im Haus ist alles geschmackvoll und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in einem Ferienhaus nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und der direkte Blick auf das Meer ist den ganzen Tag vorhanden, ob man im Haus ist oder im Garten verweilt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch,doch auch schon etwas „abgewohnt“…Schimmel in der Dusche(Silikonfugen)..war leider auch nicht sauber geputzt!Eher alles etwas schmuddelig.Absolut zu wenig Handtücher vor Ort!…Keinerlei Sonnenschirm draußen! Keine Möglichkeit im Freien sich aufzuhalten bei Regenwetter…(Null Überdachung bzw.Dachvorsprünge )…Für diese Preiskathegorie doch leider einige unkomfortable Mängel…😞..allerdings ist der direkte Zugang zum Strand phänomenal!!! Ebenso der gigantische Ausblick!Und der Empfang bei Ankunft durch den jungen Herren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!👍…Alles in Allem-mit etwas Nachbesserung diverser Dinge wäre das Haus einen zweiten Besuch wert!

Superbe maison tout confort avec l’accès à la plage. La vue est à couper le souffle, on ne s’en lasse jamais. Un grand merci à Nathanaël et Elysa pour leur accueil sympathique, leur réactivité, et leurs conseils ou recommandations sur place. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa, pour découvrir la région en famille. La maison, très confortable, bien tenue propre et accueillante est très bien conçue pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter, la piscine, la très belle terrasse , le barbecue, l’accès direct à une très belle plage dont l’aspect change au gré des marées. Tout est super !

La vue est incroyable on profite des couchers de soleil avec les couleurs changeantes, des changements de temps Une impression de liberté ,d immensité et d évasion pour l esprit. Pour les ados les plus jeunes et les adultes la piscine avec vue sur la mer permet de profiter même si le temps ne permet pas de sortir Il y a toujours des petites choses à redire mais comme partout ailleurs ...au final nous retiendrons l adresse.

Une maison au top, correspondante à l'annonce. Le couple de gestionnaire est adorable, réactif et bienveillant. Des vacances idylliques dans un cadre reposant avec la piscine et la plage au bout du jardin.

Sehr schönes Haus in fantastischer Lage. Toll besonders für die Kinder war der beheizte Pool.

Das hat uns vor allem gefallen: Die Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand und dem Blick auf das Wechselspiel von Ebbe und Flut, das architektonisch gelungene Haus, die neue Matratzen in den meisten Schlafzimmern, der neuwertige Weber-Gasgrill, der gut temperierte Indoor-Pool. Das hat uns gefehlt: Funktionsfähige Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse (Markise, Schirme, Bäume o.ä.), eine funktionierende Aussenbeleuchtung. Der Ort verfügt über eine Bäckerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt, ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig. Das Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten (z.B. Wassersport, Radverleih) ist im September schon stark reduziert. Das Wetter war überwiegend sonnig, meist windig und insgesamt besser als erwartet. Vielen Dank an Nathanael für die nette Betreuung vor Ort.

Belle maison permettant de profiter au maximun de la magnifique vue dont elle beneficie.Terrasse sympa avec 2 grands canapes confortables et un BBQ de competition.Tres belle plage propre au pied de quelques marches.Nous avons peche un homard bleu et quelques touteaux .Accueil tres cordial,corbeille de bienvenue de produits locaux de qualite. situation et vue exceptionnelle, la maison de qualité souffre de négligence et surtout de manque de ménage, notamment en cette période de covid. eau de la piscine froide le matin et le soir

Great location, very nice house at perfect place. Only the cleaning of the house could be improved

The living areas in the middle of the house was spacious and comfortable benefiting from the views. The bedrooms being staggered on separate floors gave privacy and were all of a good size. A very well equipped property with the added bonus of the indoor pool. The hosts were welcoming and very relaxed. We had a great holiday and would recommend it for a family stay or groups of friends.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec une vue exceptionnelle, sans compter le temps qui était idéal pour un mois de février. La villa est très bien située, au calme et avec vue sur mer. La plage est accessible directement par le jardin. L’intérieur de la villa est agréable, moderne et confortable. La cuisine et les différentes salles de bain sont bien équipées, on ne manque de rien. L'accès à la piscine est sécurisé (pratique quand on a des enfants) et la piscine est chauffée. Je recommande vivement. Merci à Mme et M. BOURHIS pour leur très bon accueil.

Liebe Familie Bourhis Wir haben, wie letztes Jahr, wieder wunderschöne Ferien in Ihrem Haus verbringen dürfen. Täglich nutzten wir den angenehm beheizten Indoor-Pool, die sehr gute und schöne Ausstattung des Hauses, den gut funktionieren Chemineeofen und vor allem den atemberaubenden Ausblick über die Bucht.
