Great location, stunning views and super friendly staff!

Breakfast was excellent, the chef came out every morning to help my husband as he is a Coeliac, great location, had a sea view room which was stunning. Easy to walk into Town , lots of character and the Fort to look around, with lots of shops & restaurants

I liked the hotel's seaside location and the relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was great, and it was nice to sit both by the pool and inside the hotel. The food was generally good (except for the desserts), and there was live music every other night. Overall, a peaceful place with a lovely sea view — perfect for relaxation.

The room was awful — dark, stuck in a back corner of the hotel with no view at all. There was nowhere to dry clothes (no drying rack or line), and not even a single hook in the bathroom for towels. We had to hang beach towels on a chair and use a hanger from the closet for shower towels. There were only three power outlets: one in the bathroom, one in the middle of the room, and just one by the bed — which was already used by the lamp, so we had to choose between light and charging our phones. The shower gel dispenser wasn’t attached properly and fell off the wall, and the wall-mounted hairdryer wasn’t actually mounted. Worst of all — the noise! The room was on the first floor, directly under a hallway or common area where people were constantly walking, stomping, and making noise. It was impossible to rest properly, and we actually tried to stay out of the room as much as we could. Sleeping at night was a real challenge. Also, there’s no nearby bus stop — you either have to walk around 25 minutes to Alcudia or go by car or taxi.
