Ottima accoglienza in una struttura comoda e confortevole!

Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura non è nuova, ma è ben tenuta e tutto molto pulito, la posizione è davvero comoda, sopratutto se si arriva in macchina. La parte storica è vicinissima a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la colazione con frutta fresca e torte deliziose. Siamo stati solo per una notte ed eravamo di passaggio, Pontremoli è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, e se dovessimo tornarci, molto volentieri pernotteremo nuovamente al Napoleon!

Posizione eccellente, staff gentilissimo e professionale. La camera era ampia e pulita. Reception sempre disponibile. Parcheggio disponibile e comodo

Non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto ricevere qualche indicazione in più sull’ingresso alla struttura che è sul retro rispetto alle mappe ma comunque molto facile da trovare

The only hotel in Pontremoli

It's an old-fashioned type of hotel with a lounge on the mezzanine floor and the dining room downstairs from reception. It was charming. The breakfast was a typical 'continental' breakfast. The room was fine, although the shower could be upgraded. Aircon was a blessing. It's a short walk to the old part of town where there are very good places to eat. I would stay there again

Classic Comfort and Great Breakfast in the Heart of Town

The name alone sold me (Hotel Napoleon—come on!), but the stay delivered. The room was comfortable, the little elevator was a nice touch, and breakfast was a real highlight—old-school Italian service with great food brought right to the table. Friendly staff and a perfect location made it easy to explore town. A solid 8 out of 10.

Honestly, not much comes to mind. Everything worked, everyone was helpful. No major issues during our stay.

Établissement dans une impasse au calme. Parking privé pratique. Proximite a pied du centre ville Commerces et restaurants à proximité immediate. Chambres confortables. Accueil aimable.

Good breakfast, but no sound proofing between rooms

The location suited us as we were walking the Via Francigena. Good breakfast, comfortable bed and decent sized room. The staff were friendly

Our room had a connecting door to the next room, which was very basic. The people using that room talked very loudly late at night. We could hear every word. In the morning they were talking loudly, and making phone calls, from 6.00am. It was as if they were in the room with us. Also, on our first evening, my wife realised there was no toilet paper in the toilet on the ground floor near the dining room. She reported it to reception. The following morning, at breakfast, she needed to use the toilet, and when she went in, there was still no toilet paper, 14 hours later.

La struttura ha risposto positivamente alle mie aspettative. Buona colazione e grande disponibilità del personale a risolvere eventuali problemi. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno dell'albergo anche se qualche piazzola non è di facile accesso.

La struttura inizia a mostrare l'età e avrebbe necessità di qualche intervento per attualizzarla alle esigenze odierne.

Pontremoli bella cittadina, gente accogliente e simpatica, presenza turistica rilassata.

La posizione dell'Hotel è molto buona in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro storico, inoltre ha un suo comodo parcheggio, e comunque, in alternativa intorno vi è un'ampia possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato in due non era ampissima, ma comunque confortevole ed è stata sempre pulita e riordinata dal personale tutte le mattine. Il personale molto giovane, gentilissimo e competente. Da Pontremoli si raggiungono in auto castelli da visitare. Colazione adeguata.

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, forse ci vorrebbe qualche scelta in più nella colazione.
