La ubicación, el patio interior, la habitación interior con pequeño vestidor. El hecho de que hubiera aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo en todas las habitaciones, ha sido fundamental.
Los dos cuartos de baño: uno de ellos, extremadamente pequeño e incómodo. La cabeza choca continuamente con un techo inclinado. La bañera del otro, no está adaptada, es pequeña y está encastrada en la pared, con muy poco espacio para entrar, con un estrecho y alto escalón que dificulta el acceso.
