Gute Verkehrsanbindung (Haltestellen in der Nähe), Supermärkte in der Nähe, Hauptfriedhof in der Nähe 😅
Alles Notwendige da und funktionstüchtig. Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos.
Warmwasser hat gut funktioniert, man braucht aber Boiler-Erfahrung.
Kaffeepulver und Kaffemaschine waren da. Wasserkocher funktioniert gut.
Leider ist das Kochgeschirr etwas groß. Man kann nur schlecht beide Kochplatten auf einmal benutzen, die Messer sind nicht wirklich scharf und es fehlt ein Schneidebrett.

Nejsem zcela objektivní hodnotitel, v domě jsem prožil dětství a kus mládí. Ubytovávám se zde ze sentimentálních důvodů. Proto jsem v něčem asi přísnější a v něčem možná benevolentnější. Lokalita je skvělá. Stanice všech druhů MHD jsou poměrně blízko. Jičínská ulice může být pro starší a obtížně chodící osoby dosti strmá.
Vlastní ubytování je pěkné i když začíná být trochu opotřebované. Fasáda domu vyloženě volá po obnově. Předzahrádka a oplocení jsou letos krásně obnovené.
Vybavení kuchyňky je vyhovující i když bych doporučil doplnit malé talířky nebo podšálky.

Nice place, very close to Atrium Flora which contain everything necessary including transportations. Place is well furnished.
It is very difficult to warm the place, which can be harsh in winter.

From outside the building looks very old and rusty. The sheets and towels should be replaced with newones.
