Finnem Rentals Florenc

We booked the one-bedroom apartment. The location was excellent. The tram, metro, and bus stations were all within a 3-minute walk, making it very convenient to get around. The Old Town was only a couple of stops away, and the main train station was just one bus (XC) stop from the apartment. The host was very responsive and helpful. We experienced an issue with the hot water in the bathroom, and they quickly arranged for someone to fix it. We also requested an additional fan, and they promptly provided a brand-new 16-inch fan. The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials, including plenty of toilet paper, shower gel, basic kitchen utensils, and even cooking staples such as oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. It also came with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, laundry drying rack, and a kettle with tea and sugar provided.

It took us a little time to find the key collection point, as it was our first visit to Prague, but we managed without too much difficulty. The pillows were not very comfortable, and unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working during our stay. The washing machine could have been cleaner, as the rubber seal had an unpleasant odor. We purchased a washing machine disinfectant and cleaned it ourselves before use. We also noticed a few spiders in the apartment. Aside from that, the apartment was generally clean and well maintained. One issue worth mentioning is that there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, likely due to the lack of both a ventilation fan and a window, which may affect air circulation and moisture control.

Appartamento spazioso e completo di quanto necessario. Due adulti e tre bambini. Unica pecca, un po' di odore si umido, ma i palazzi sono antichi, ci sta. In camera c'è una tenda leggera a coprire la finestra, ho sofferto un po' svegliandomi subito appena giorno, ma è una mia abitudine dormire al buio, forse consiglierei una tenda più coprente. Non è vicinissimo al centro, è una bella camminata, ma se Siete abituati si fa senza problemi. In compenso è vicinissimo alla metro con relativo spostamento per l'aeroporto, vicini ci sono due supermercati, MC e ristoranti vari.

La difficulté pour s'enregistrer à mon âge (72 ans) et aller chercher les 4 clés dans une box avec déviation pour travaux

Lage top, in der Nähe von Busbahnhof/Metro Florenc. Nette Küche mit prima Kaffee. Sogar Waschmaschine. Alles sauber, Platz für 3.

Missverständnisse bei der Ankunft. Ein Mitarbeiter knallte den Hörer auf, er wisse von nichts. Ich stand vor dem Haus wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt. Musste die ganze Anmeldung wiederholen und nochmal zahlen. Schlüsselabholung endlos kompliziert.und unpersönlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr dunkel. Die Dusche ist nur lauwarm. Das Badezimmer hat oben an der Decke Schimmelflecken. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten außer auf der Waschmaschine.
