The house consists of two residential units, one of which has two bedrooms on the upper floor and a living room on the ground floor. The other unit has one bedroom and a living room. It is ideal for two families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together and have privacy.
A highlight of the house is the outdoor area with pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days or simply enjoy the sun.
Nearby there are restaurants, pastry shops, while the first beaches are only a 10-minute walk away. In consultation with the owner, you can use the nearby tennis court. Be sure to visit Faana, Pula or Rovinj.
